This 28-minute recording focuses on how you can use CORE’s digital resources to enhance communications with refugees throughout the resettlement journey from pre-departure to post-arrival. The session introduces CORE’s Refugee Communications Toolkit and explores scenarios for application. All resettlement staff—supervisors, case workers, health and employment specialists, and CO providers—can use these resources to maximize time during face-to-face visits and reinforce key resettlement messages.
