2024 has been a busy year for CORE, including revising and updating many resources while navigating changes to the resettlement landscape. Check out some of our major updates below!
COResourceExchange.org: Updated Support Options
We added new information and support options to the COResourceExchange.org website, to better support providers globally.

Settle In: Expansion and Redesign
Settle In Facebook expanded its social media information services to support Spanish-speaking newcomers! Encourage Spanish-speaking newcomers to connect with our digital community liaisons through two-way messaging throughout their resettlement journey. Also, the Settle In Website added vital content on housing and mental health, and launched a redesigned website format!
The Road Ahead: One year of Implementation
In September 2023, we launched The Road Ahead, a domestic CO curriculum. Since the launch, over 600 providers have participated in webinars or small group training on using and adapting the curriculum. In early 2024, we released translations of the client-facing slide decks in ten languages!
CORE Trainings: By the Numbers
Our team delivered comprehensive training to CO providers and other professionals involved in resettlement through a diverse range of learning opportunities.
- 6,000+ self-paced courses completed by 1,200+ individual providers!
- 15+ webinars and conference presentations attended by 1,000+ participants.
- 2 virtual practicums and 1 in-person knowledge exchange impacting 215 providers.
